Section 162
No forced labor
(1) No one shall employ anyone against his/her will. However, this section shall not be considered as an obstacle to the employment of labor in accordance with the law for public works.
(2) A person who commits or commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
